凤梨咕咾肉
材料
"鸡腿肉 3只","蛋 1粒","白胡椒粉 适量","太白粉 适量","凤梨 1颗","柠檬 半颗","红彩椒 1粒","黄彩椒 1粒","青椒 2粒","蕃茄酱 3大匙","酱油 1大匙","糖 1大匙","水 1小碗","洋葱 1粒"
做法

1:先将鸡腿肉切成一口大小的肉块,切完后,再加入一颗蛋、少许的酱油、白胡椒粉、太白粉醃渍30分,备用(鸡腿肉也可用猪肉的梅花肉代替)Ⓡ

2:肉醃渍30分后,在锅中倒入适当的油,把肉炸至酥黄Ⓡ

3:再将所有蔬菜类切块,在锅中倒入少许的油,把洋葱先炒香,再放入蕃茄酱、酱油、糖微炒一下,再放入凤梨、水、红、黄、青椒和炸好的鸡肉搅拌均匀后,再放入柠檬汁,斟酌调好咸度,滚后熄火即可Ⓡ
