蕃茄起司炖饭
材料
"蕃茄 三粒","花椰菜 一棵","香菇 适量","玉米 适量","毛豆 适量","豆腐 适量","辣椒 适量","油 适量","盐 适量","水 适量","手蘑黑胡椒粒 适量","七味粉 适量","糙米、黑米、燕麦粒 两人份","美式干酪片纯素 2片",
做法

1:湘湘备料(豆腐忘了拍)

2:Tofutti美式干酪片:超酷的无奶蛋纯素起司

3:开中小火倒入油后先将辣椒、香菇煸炒一下,撒上手蘑黑胡椒粒

4:再放入花椰菜梗、玉米、毛豆炒一下(视情况加盐)

5:将打碎的蕃茄放入,再加入适量蕃茄酱

6:烧一锅热水将花椰菜烫熟备用

7:放入隔夜饭拌一下,最后再放纯素起司(这里我忘了先放饭⋯哈哈)

8:起司长这样,无奶蛋起司的味道超赞
