柳叶鱼南蛮渍
材料
"柳叶鱼 4~6只","洋葱 半颗","红椒 半颗","青椒 1颗","米醋 125cc","水 125cc","高汤包 1包","味淋 1大匙","清酒 1大匙","酱油 3大匙","糖 1大匙","辣椒 1根",
做法

1:将洋葱、红椒、青椒切丝,并放入冰水中冰镇(我自己觉得洋葱冰过吃起来不辣,青红椒比较脆)

2:南蛮酱汁材料全部放入小锅中煮

3:将柳叶鱼抹上薄薄的面粉,并放入平底锅中煎熟

4:在保鲜盒中放入一些蔬菜,再将煎好的鱼放入,淋上南蛮酱汁,

5:最后将剩下的蔬菜放入保鲜盒

6:上桌
