绍兴香菇卤肉
材料
"猪三层肉 1份","干香菇 数朵","绍兴酒 1碗","青葱 2支","姜片 5片","大辣椒 1支","香菜 少许","香菇水 100CC","淬酿酱油露 一碗","二纱糖 2小匙","卤味中药包 1份",
做法

1:三层肉先用滚水烫过.再使用不沾平底锅两面煎焦香即可

2:将所有食材和调味料.泡香菇的水100CC.放入内锅中

3:外锅2杯水跳起.闷15-20分钟.跳起就完成囉!!!
