"冷冻隔夜饭 2碗","虾仁 10尾","鲜奶 350cc","胡萝卜 适量","青椒 1/2个","青花椰 1/3个","洋葱 1/3颗","蒜头 3瓣","小花枝 10只","起司丝 适量","雪白菇 适量","北海道白酱浓汤块 半块",
做法

1:备料 胡萝卜.青椒.洋葱切丝.青花椰切小块.虾仁去肠泥.雪白菇剥成适当大小.蒜头切成细末

2:取半块浓汤块即可

3:海鲜类川烫.青花椰与青椒先川烫至半熟

4:起油锅...下蒜末

5:下洋葱丝 炒香.炒软

6:加鲜奶进去煮滚

7:加蔬菜[雪白菇/胡萝卜]

8:加浓汤块

9:溶化后...像这样

10:加入其他材料....一起拌匀

11:最后加入冷冻隔夜饭

12:拌均匀即可...让每粒饭粒都吸到酱汁

13:装盘....2人份

14:撒上起司丝~~入烤箱 [上180/下150/15分钟].烤至表面金黄即可[视各家烤箱自行调整]
