鲜虾粉丝煲

材料

"鲜虾 6只","冬粉 1小把","姜末 1小匙","蒜末 1小匙","葱白 少许","洋葱 1/5个","葱绿 酌量","米酒 1大匙","酱油 1大匙","糖 少许","盐 少许","胡椒 少许","高汤 酌量"

做法

  1. 1:冬粉冲水洗净泡软(鸡高汤中)高汤作法:鸡骨架川烫冲洗干净加入干贝慢火熬煮

  2. 2: 虾子剪除须须、抽除肠泥两面煎赤赤, 蒜末、姜末、葱白爆香, 洋葱炒软,炝上米酒、酱油加入鸡高汤煮滚,取出虾子,加入冬粉,塩、糖、胡椒粉调味,煮软冬粉后,把虾子倒回锅内拌煮

    3:小砂锅煮热,倒入煨煮入味的冬粉, 摆上虾子,撒上葱绿
