椒麻鸡
材料
"去骨鸡腿肉 1支","太白粉 一杯","低筋面粉 一杯","米酒 一大匙","冰糖水 两大匙","胡椒 适量","酱油 一大匙","蒜头 半颗","辣椒 两条","白醋 1大匙","乌醋 2大匙","冰糖水 2大匙","香油 1大匙"
做法

1:先把醃料跟鸡腿肉醃一醃鸡腿肉上面画几刀让他好入味醃半小时即可

2:在醃肉时做酱料

3:太白粉跟低筋面粉一比一肉醃完就上炸粉

4:均匀扑上炸粉

5:把余粉甩掉入油锅炸

6:炸到一半时我有放进去微波炉中大火微波3分钟偷吃步然后再拿出来大火炸过 取出吸油切块

7:底部扑洋葱丝上面放上椒麻鸡再淋上酱料大功告成
