"鲷鱼(切片) 一只","虾仁 10只","培根 2片","青椒 1个","红椒 1/4个","甜豆 3个","百果 10粒","姜汁 1大匙","盐 少许","蛋白 1大匙","白胡椒 少许","太白粉 少许","糖 1/2小匙","鸡粉 少许","麻油 1大匙","水 30cc",
做法

1:鱼片,虾仁加入姜汁,料理酒,盐,白胡椒,蛋白入味之后加入太白粉

2:青,红椒,培根切丁,甜椒切半,姜切末

3:鱼头,鱼尾用油炸酥

4:鱼片,虾仁放入平底锅汆烫,沥干

5:蔬菜也一样用滚水汆烫,沥干

6:平底锅倒入沙拉油2大匙,先炒姜末,培根,蔬菜,调味料,最后倒入鱼片,虾仁即可
