"虾仁 10尾","蛋 2颗","葱花 15克","筒蒿菜 150克","日本地瓜粉 3大匙","日本太白粉 3大匙","可果美蕃茄锅高汤 50ml","水 2大匙","酱油膏 1大匙","盐 少许","柴鱼粉 少许"

3:热锅倒油,将粉浆倒入,煎至半透明状放上虾仁...

4:加入蛋煎至五分熟再翻面...

5:最后放上筒蒿菜煎至五分熟后,再打一个蛋,再翻面煎至两面金黄即可...
