佛罗伦斯鸡胸附青豆饭
材料
"奶油 少许","洋葱 20g","蒜 10g","青豆仁 50g","白米 130g","鸡高汤 300cc","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","鸡胸肉 2片","白胡椒粉 少许","沙拉油 少许","盐 少许","奶油 少许","红葱头 25g","菠菜 100g","盐 少许","面粉 25g","奶油 25g","牛奶 70cc","起士 50g"
做法

1:先以奶油炒香洋葱碎、蒜头碎、过后加入青豆仁、洗净且滤干的白米以及鸡高汤后调味并煮到沸腾再放入烤箱烤到米粒熟化就可以取出备用

2:鸡胸肉先以塩、白胡椒粉调味后

3:鸡胸肉煎到表面上色再放入烤箱烤到鸡胸肉熟

4:热锅先炒红葱头下菠菜快速拌炒两三下即可

5:锅内先加热奶油及面粉拌至成糊状

6:加入冷的牛奶拌,同时煮到有点浓稠

7:加入起士再稍微煮一下,并试味道,如觉得不够咸可以加一点塩

8:拿盘先摆上菠菜再放上鸡胸肉最后淋上奶油起士酱,再放入烤箱烤至上色

9:烤至上色后再把煮好的饭放上去,完成
