杏仁凯萨沙拉
材料
"萝蔓 适量","小番茄 适量","玉米笋 适量","花椰菜 适量","杏仁片 80克","热水 80cc","蒜末 2颗","橄榄油 60cc","柠檬汁 30cc","第戎芥末酱 15cc","米醋 15cc","酸豆 15cc",
做法

1:先将杏仁泡热水10分钟,再将沙拉酱的所有食材放进调理机内打,打到乳化就可以了

2:将花椰菜、玉米笋川烫熟后,冰镇备用

3:将萝蔓、花椰菜、玉米笋、小番茄摆盘

4:淋上打好的沙拉将就完成囉~
