豆豉烧小卷
材料
"香油 2大匙","熟小卷 500g","姜丝 50g","大蒜 大蒜","豆豉 2大匙","水 1/2米杯","葱 1支","米酒 2大匙","糖 1小匙","胡椒粉 1/4小匙","香油 1小匙"
做法

1:小卷冲洗清水,大蒜拍开,葱切花备用

2:炒锅倒入2大匙香油爆香姜丝、大蒜,再下豆豉炒香

3:加入小卷,淋上米酒,加半米杯水和糖煮至入味

4:最后撒上胡椒粉,加入葱花和1小匙香油拌匀即可。
