一锅出一桌
材料
"电锅 1台","糙米 2杯","排骨 300g","虾米 1大匙","芹菜末 1杯","胡椒粉 适量","盐 适量","凤梨罐头 1罐","木耳 适量","肉丝 200g","嫩姜丝 适量","糖 1茶匙","醋 1茶匙","盐 适量","水 1/2杯","鱼 1条","葱 1把","姜丝 适量","大蒜 适量","辣椒 1根","米酒 1大匙","酱油 1大匙","糖 1大匙","醋 1大匙","番茄酱 2大匙","太白粉 1茶匙","水 1杯",
做法

1:内锅放入2杯量米杯的糙米和10杯量米杯的水浸泡2小时至1个晚上

2:除了盐和胡椒粉,把粥的材料通通混合

3:电锅外锅加4杯水,放上蒸架

4:再把锅子放进去炖煮

5:等开关跳起来后即完成
