凤梨凉拌云耳
材料
"云耳 300g","凤梨 1/4颗","嫩姜丝 10g","蒜头 3颗","大辣椒 1根","香菜 适量","素蚝油 40cc","香油 5滴","冰糖 5g","白醋 10cc","鱼露 5cc",
做法

1:云耳洗净后,煮一锅滚水,放入云耳煮滚就捞起沥乾,先将 调味料和姜丝、蒜头、辣椒一起拌匀,待凉兼入味!

2:完全凉透再拌入凤梨和香菜,再移到冷藏,冰凉凉的好开胃!!

3:300g一般四口家庭一餐太多,我们是分两餐吃,微酸的凤梨香和爽脆的口感,凤梨、姜丝,黑木耳、辣椒一次夹一起入口真的好好吃!!
