"鲈鱼 一片","红葱头 2粒","白酒 2t","奶油 少许","胡椒 少许","盐 少许","巴西里梗 少许","奶油 10克","红葱头 10克","鱼高汤 200cc","鲜奶油 100cc","盐 少许","磨菇片 4朵","义大利香料 少许","巴西里末 少许","马铃薯 1颗","义大利香料 少许","奶油 少许","盐 少许"
做法

1:去骨取鱼菲力

2:完整去鱼皮

3:红葱头切末备至

4:醃至鱼菲力配料

5:包上铝箔纸放入烤箱 160度 烤10分钟

6:洋菇洗净后切片

7:洋菇切片后放入锅内炒至金黄

8:加入高汤与鲜奶油煮置浓稠

9:马铃薯去头尾后一开四

10:大小尽量一至

11:依照步骤削出橄榄形

12:放入鱼高汤,煮至熟化后,热锅煎至金黄
