三杯鸡腿
材料
"高粱酒 2T","酱油 2T","黑麻油 2T","姜片 8片","蒜头 6粒","九层塔 少许","葱 2支","棒棒腿 3只","黄砂糖 1t","水 150ML","辣椒 1条","酱油膏 1T",
做法

1:将姜切片,鸡腿切块(用无骨鸡腿会比较快熟)、葱切段

2:加入黑麻油和姜片,用小火爆香约3-5分钟~

3:有香味后加入蒜头爆香

4:在加入鸡腿块炒8分熟

5:加入酱油

6:加入高粱酒

7:加糖、酱油膏之后煮滚

8:加入水,醃过鸡腿

9:将汤汁稍微收乾,在加入葱段和辣椒

10:起锅前加入九层塔
