材料

"五香豆干 4块","香菇 4~5朵","红萝卜 1小块","绞肉 适量","辣椒 1根","青葱 1~2根","油 1大匙","酱油 1大匙","米酒 1小匙","五香粉 少许","香油 少许"," 适量","糖 1小匙","香油 少许","胡椒粉 少许","太白粉 2小匙"

做法

    1:准备好所需材料并切成丁状(备用)

    2:热油锅后先爆香香菇丁ˊ然后依序加入ˊ

    3:红萝卜丁

    4:豆干丁拌炒

    5:待做法1~3炒熟炒香再放入绞肉拌炒松散

    6:接着放入所有调味料略为拌匀(如果觉得食材太干可酌量加点水)最后加入辣椒ˊ青葱ˊ再次拌匀即可
