宫保皮蛋豆腐
材料
"皮蛋 两颗","板豆腐 一块","蒜压泥 4瓣","姜切末 3片","花椒 一大匙","干辣椒去籽 89支","葱切末 一支","松子 一把","酱油膏 2大匙","米酒 1大匙","水 12大匙","味林 1大匙","白醋 1大匙",
做法

1:皮蛋蒸熟后一切成四备用,豆腐切成适当大小备用

2:起油锅,将豆腐及皮蛋煎至两面金黄盛起备用

3:另起一油锅,爆香姜末、干辣椒、花椒及蒜泥,接着放入煎好的皮蛋、豆腐及调味料

4:稍微煨煮至入味后,洒上松子及葱花即完成
