麻婆皮蛋豆腐盖饭
材料
"绞肉 150g","皮蛋2个 (切小块)","嫩豆腐1盒 (切小块)","葱花 1根","蒜末 2瓣","开水 150cc","米酒 1匙","豆瓣酱 1大匙","花椒辣酱 1匙","蕃茄酱 1大匙"
做法

1: 锅加热,将绞肉倒入锅中煸炒至焦香释出油脂后放入蒜末炒香。

2: 加入豆瓣酱与花椒辣酱炒香后锅边淋上米酒,倒入开水待汤汁煮滚后加入蕃 茄酱、皮蛋、豆腐转小火煨煮入味。起锅前洒上葱花即完成。
