酱烧虾仁黄瓜片
材料
"黄金玄米油 适量","新鲜虾子 数十只","小黄瓜 2条","红萝卜 1/2条","香菇素蚝油膏 1大匙","蒜头 1颗","香油 1小匙","酱油膏 1大匙","胡椒粉 1小匙","米酒 1中匙","玉米粉 适量",
做法

1:先将小黄瓜切成小圆片、红萝卜对切后再切片、蒜头拍碎

2:新鲜虾子去壳开被挑筋再以醃料醃渍15分钟

3:取约1碗玄米油热油

4:再将醃渍的虾仁下锅炸略至7分熟,捞起沥油

5:再预留剩下约1大匙油,将蒜头及红萝卜爆香

6:放入黄瓜片拌炒

7:在将虾仁下锅一起搅拌,接着放入蠔油膏翻炒数下试咸味

8:一道色香味的酱烧虾仁黄瓜片料理完成囉~
