香煎藕片
材料
"藕 300g","酸萝卜 50g","折耳根 30g","香菜 适量","白芝麻 适量","红辣椒 1个","大蒜 适量","老姜 适量","葱 适量","生抽 适量","花椒粉 适量","盐 适量",
做法

1:1.提前将原料准备好

2:2.藕去皮清洗干净切成薄片,放入清水中浸泡5分钟去掉多余的淀粉,捞出沥干水分备用

3:3.将酸萝卜切成颗粒,折耳根、老姜、大蒜、香菜、葱、红辣椒切成粒备用

4:4.锅内烧热倒入适量油,烧至7成熟,将沥干水分的藕片倒入锅中用中火煎

5:5.一边煎一边放入大蒜、姜米、盐、花椒粉和生抽

6:6.待7成熟时,放入折耳根、酸萝卜、红辣椒粒、香菜和葱花拌匀,即可出锅装盘
