金针云耳蒸鸡
材料
"500克连骨鸡件","20克金针","20克云耳","20克冬菇","5粒红枣","5克葱","10克姜","1汤匙蚝油","1汤匙豉油","1茶匙麻油","1茶匙米酒","1茶匙粟粉","1茶匙糖"
做法

1:用冻水浸金针,云耳,冬菇及红枣至软身

2:将红枣切开一半,亦将冬菇,云耳,金针,葱及姜切丝

3:将所有材料于碗内混合

4:将材料放于浅的碟中,然后用猛火蒸约15分钟至鸡全熟
