红萝卜蛋糕
材料
"蛋糕","油3/4杯","蛋3只","黄糖1杯","糖1/2杯","云呢拿香油1茶匙","中筋面粉2杯","泡打粉2茶匙","玉桂粉1茶匙","梳打粉1/2茶匙","盐1/2茶匙","丁香粉¼茶匙","红萝卜(切碎) 2杯","糖霜","忌廉芝士( 225克) (室温) 1盒","牛油(室温) 1/4杯","糖霜(已筛) 3杯","云呢拿香油1茶匙","柠檬汁1茶匙 "
做法

1:把油,蛋,黄糖,糖及云呢拿香油混合并拌匀

2:在另一只碗内,把面粉,泡打粉,玉桂粉,梳打粉,盐及丁香粉过筛

3:在混合物内加入已切碎的红萝卜,然后放入湿的材料内,并搅匀

4:把混合物分成两份

5:焗35-40分钟

6:如把牙签插入蛋糕,取出时仍干净,则表示蛋糕已熟透

7:制作糖霜。用搅拌器搅拌忌廉芝士及牛油至顺滑

8:然后加入一半糖霜,再拌匀至顺滑

9:加入云呢拿香油及柠檬汁,并放入剩余的糖霜至柔软

10:组合蛋糕。把糖霜涂于蛋糕面及四周

11:蛋糕可储存3天于雪柜
