花生果酱西多士
材料
"4片厚多士","2汤匙软化牛油","面糊材料","2只鸡蛋","250毫升鲜奶","100克糖","1茶匙肉桂碎","1茶匙香草精","馅料","200克花生酱","50克士多啤梨果酱","2只香蕉","糖浆材料","100克糖","100毫升水","2枝桂皮 "
做法

1:将面糊的材料放入搅拌碗内拌匀至混和,然后放入雪柜冷藏,备用

2:中高火烧热深平底锅,加入糖浆材料混和。搅拌至糖完全溶化,再煮滚至剩下1/3糖浆,放在一旁备用

3:其中一片多士涂上花生酱,而另一片多士则涂上士多啤梨果酱

4:把香蕉切片,夹在两片多士中间

5:取出面糊,中火烧热煎锅,落牛油

6:多士蘸上面糊后放在煎锅上

7:煎大约2-3分钟至两边呈金黄色,上碟

8:最后,将西多士切半,淋上肉桂糖浆
