豚圆汤丸
材料
"200克免治猪肉","20克虾干","20克葱,切碎","10克红葱干","200毫升鸡汤","100毫升水","200克糯米粉","80毫升水","1汤匙油","猪肉腌料","1茶匙绍兴酒","1/2茶匙粟粉","1/2茶匙盐","1/4茶匙白胡椒粉"
做法

1:用水浸泡虾干至软身,并切成幼粒

2:把猪肉,调味料及虾干粒拌匀混和,腌15分钟

3:把糯米粉放入大碗内,逐少逐少加水

4:用手搓至平滑后,加入油,再搓

5:按个人喜好将粉团搓成几个小球

6:轻轻地把粉团压扁,放入1汤匙猪肉馅料,搓成球状

7:把水及鸡汤倒进锅内,煮沸,加入汤丸煮至浮起

8:最后,把汤丸及鸡汤倒进锅内,洒上葱花及红葱干,即可趁热享用
