菜脯花生炆猪手
材料
"猪手400克","花生50克","黄豆50克","菜脯30克","姜20克","葱20克","龙眼干15克","蒜头2瓣","陈皮1片","水2升","豉油1汤匙","绍兴酒1茶匙","糖1茶匙 "
做法

1:洗净菜脯,用水浸泡20分钟,切粒

2:用水浸泡龙眼干至软身

3:用水浸泡黄豆3-4小时

4:姜切片,葱切段

5:把锅内的水煮沸,放入猪手汆水4-5分钟,捞起沥水,放在一旁备用

6:于长柄浅身锅落油,炒香蒜头,然后煎猪手至呈金黄色

7:加入菜脯煎1-2分钟后,加入绍兴酒、豉油及糖

8:加入水覆盖猪手,煮沸后把火调至慢火

9:加入龙眼干,陈皮,花生及黄豆

10:炆2小时直至猪手软腍,酱汁浓稠

11:即可上碟
