炒海鲜乌龙面
材料
"乌龙面 250g(1小包)","花枝 80g","鲜虾 100g(带壳)","洋葱 120g","香菇 80g","胡萝卜 30g","蒜头 3瓣","姜 少许","葱 2根","【醃料】米酒 1小匙","【醃料】盐 少许","【醃料】太白粉 1/2小匙","【调味料】酱油膏 3大匙","【调味料】米酒 1小匙","【调味料】味霖 1大匙","【调味料】乌醋 1大匙","【调味料】白胡椒粉 1/4小匙"

1: 准备材料

2: ● 鲜虾剥壳后从背部划开以清水洗去泥肠沥乾,加入【醃料】拌匀备用● 花枝切小块、香菇切片、洋葱(逆纹)胡萝卜切丝、葱切段姜切丝蒜切碎

3: 烧一点水,水滚先汆烫醃好的虾仁(烫几秒就好,虾仁卷起来变粉红色就可以了),接着烫花枝(也是几秒,花枝卷起来就可以了),最后烫乌龙面,过一下水就好了

6: 锅热不用放油,将虾壳放进去干炒,炒出香味后加1杯水(电锅量杯),煮到汤汁有些橘黄色将虾壳捞出做为【高汤】

7: 锅热放1大匙油,炒香姜蒜→洋葱和胡萝卜丝→香菇

10: 加入【调味料】和【高汤】煮到蔬菜变软上色
