1: 起锅,入橄榄油,先将洋葱末炒香,接着再下蒜末及红葱末

2: 同上锅,入蕃茄块,再呛适量白酒入锅,闻到香味后,再下高汤煮至蕃茄软烂 等锅中的汤汁煮至有点收汁,加入虾子.九层塔.中卷和面,再下盐.黑胡椒粒及义大利香料调味,至汤汁快收完即可完成
