日式马铃薯炖肉
材料
"朴活网五花肉片1份 (300g)","红萝卜 1根","马铃薯 2颗","菇 适量","洋葱 3/4颗","奶油 10g","调味A味霖 2匙","调味B酱油 4匙","调味C煮酒 4匙","调味D水 3杯(米杯)"
做法

1: 红萝卜、马铃薯、洋葱切一口大小,五花肉片分成3等份切

2: 热锅放入奶油溶化,将洋葱炒至有香味,再加入五花肉片炒香

3: 加入调味A-D,及红萝卜、马铃薯、洋葱、菇,煮滚后关小火

4: 小火炖煮35-40分即可关火上桌
