咖哩沙蟹
材料
"沙蟹身 250g","洋葱(切丝) 70g","马铃薯(切小块) 200g","姜末 10g","辣椒(去籽切末) 1支","奶油 1大匙","咖哩粉 适量(依口牌及口味调整)","高汤 250cc","蚝油 1茶匙","海鲜粉 1/4茶匙","糖 1/4茶匙","椰粉 1大匙(加水调匀成椰浆)","香油 少许","沙拉油 适量"
做法

1: 沙蟹身对切

2: 洋葱切丝、马铃薯切块、姜切末、辣椒切片

3: 起油锅至180度,放分马铃薯炸至变金黄色捞起

4: 放沙蟹身入油锅,炸至肉身收缩

5: 另起锅放入奶油、姜末、洋葱丝、辣椒片、咖哩粉炒出香味

6: 放入高汤、蠔油、海鲜粉、糖、椰浆煮滚(已经在碗里先调好)

7: 放入马铃薯、蟹身、盖上锅盖小火焖5分锅,即可起锅
