杏鲍菇扣蛋-健康省钱年菜

"杏鲍菇-大 2根","蛋 3个","﹝杏鲍菇调味﹞味全淬酿酱油露 2小匙","﹝蛋汁调味﹞味全淬酿酱油露 2小匙","﹝蛋汁调味﹞香油 1小匙","三色蔬菜 半饭碗","绿花椰 1小朵","白胡椒 少许","太白粉 少许","﹝汤汁调味﹞香油 少许"
做法

1: 备齐材料,杏鲍菇切长片,蛋打散加入味全淬酿酱油露2小匙.香油1小匙备用(咸度视个人口味调整)

2: 锅中不放油干煎杏鲍菇至出水后加入2小匙味全淬酿酱油露调味,取一个碗将杏鲍菇沿边围好

3: 锅中放油炒三色蔬菜,再加蛋液炒到8分熟取出备用

4: 炒蛋填入2.碗中(要压实哦)

5: 取一盘将4.倒扣

6: 锅中加水用少许塩调味,再放入花棷菜末煮滚,调太白粉水勾芡,起锅淋少许香油,再将汤汁淋在5.即可上桌
