杏仁咖哩鸡
材料
"鸡胸肉 1块","洋葱 半颗","葱 1支","熟杏仁粒 2大匙","咖哩块 1小块","七味粉 适量","面包粉 适量","油 适量","龟甲万甘醇酱油 2大匙","玉米粉 1大匙","蛋白 1颗","砂糖 少许","酒 少许","胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1: 先将鸡胸肉洗净切块用醃料醃1-2小时备用

2: 咖哩块磨碎,洋葱和葱切段

3: 醃好的鸡胸肉裹上适量面包粉

4: 加油煎至金黄色

5: 放进磨碎的咖哩和洋葱,炒至洋葱变软
