腰果虾仁
材料
"带壳虾仁300 g","腰果55 g","红黄甜椒 各半个","姜末 1小匙","油 1.5大匙","盐 半小匙","糖 半小匙","胡椒粉 少许","盐 半小匙","糖 1小匙","酒 1大匙","片粟粉或太白粉 1小匙"
做法

1: 备料:虾仁剥壳,开背去肠泥,洗净后用纸巾擦乾,用醃料在冷藏下醃15分钟;甜椒去籽切小片备用 热油爆香姜末,将虾仁炒到九分熟,起锅备用

2: 不洗锅子,用残余的油炒一下腰果,将腰果炒得油亮有香气,加半小匙的盐和糖调味,可撒一点胡椒粉增香

3: 加入甜椒拌炒均匀,稍微炒软,要保有脆度,不能出汁过多

4: 加回虾仁,一起炒熟即可
