柠香洋葱鲷鱼冷拌

材料

"调味料 -----","鱼露 1匙","柠檬汁 1颗","糖 1/2匙","蒜头 2瓣","水果醋 3大匙","白芝麻 少许","食材 -----","番茄 1/2颗","洋葱 1/2颗","香菜 1株","鲷鱼片 2片","盐 少许"

做法

    1: 洋葱切细条 泡冰水

    2: 番茄切片后摆盘

    4: 将调味料混和拌匀后加入蒜头切末+柠檬汁

    5: 将鲷鱼片煎熟 起锅后在鲷鱼片上洒匀少许的盐

    6: 垫上纸巾 将鲷鱼片撕小块

    7: 于盘中铺上洋葱丝
