塔香三杯皮蛋
材料
"皮蛋 3颗","杏鲍菇 1支","洋葱 100克","姜 3-4片","辣椒 1根","葱 1根","蒜头 2-3瓣","地瓜粉 适量","九层塔 适量","黑麻油 2大匙","酱油膏 2大匙","米酒 2大匙","糖 1大匙","胡椒粉 少许","水 3大匙"
做法

1: 材料如图

2: 皮蛋先蒸5分钟,去壳,刀沾水对切4块,沾地瓜粉炸(煎)过备用

3: 锅中入黑麻油,煸干姜片

4: 放入蒜头炒到金黄,加辣椒,葱段爆香.加入米酒,酱油膏,糖,胡椒粉,水调味

5: 接着放切片的杏鲍菇和洋葱拌炒

6: 水滚入皮蛋,煮到汁收干

7: 最后加入九层塔拌炒
