凉拌柠檬猪
材料
"猪肉(松坂.梅花.五花..) 300g","洋葱 1个","香菜 适量","柠檬汁 2T","辣椒末 少许","柠檬汁 2t","白酱油(或淡色酱油) 2T","冷开水 1T","砂糖 1T","香油 适量"
做法

1: 猪肉切薄片.加入两大匙柠檬汁拌匀

2: 洋葱切丝冰镇

3: 川烫猪肉片后冰镇 所有酱料混合

4: 洋葱丝沥干置于盘底猪肉片沥干放置洋葱丝上头放上香菜末

5: 淋上酱料后.拌匀即可
