"大肠 200g","蒜头 3粒","蒜苗 2支","酸菜 1小块","鸭血 2块","老姜 1小块","葱 1支","辣豆瓣酱 1大匙","白醋 少许","糖 1小匙","盐 少许","酱油 1小匙"
做法

1: 锅子注入水煮开,放进大肠,葱,姜,米酒同煮至大肠用筷子可以穿透过,捞出待凉切适口大小

2: 鸭血切大块,入开水汆烫捞出

3: 酸菜洗净切丝,蒜苗斜切丝. 一匙油爆香蒜末,姜末,葱末,辣椒后,入酸菜煸炒,再入辣豆瓣酱续炒

4: 注入水或高汤,大肠,鸭血,煮至滚加入酱油,盐,糖

5: 并加入蒜苗,太白粉水芶芡,锅边呛白醋后移入砂锅,开动了!
