淡水阿给
材料
"大油豆腐 10个","鱼浆 200~250公克","冬粉 5把","红葱酥 1大匙","红葱油 1大匙","蚝油 一大匙","烹大师 一匙","味噌 40公克","辣椒酱 20cc","砂糖 1.5大匙","水 400cc","在来米粉 2大匙","冷开水 3大匙"
做法

1: 将油豆腐洗净后挖出多余豆腐(小心挖不要弄破)

2: 将冬粉先用冷水泡软沥干,用剪刀剪段后泡热水约1~2分钟再沥干(不用太干)

3: 趁热拌入红葱油与红葱酥,蠔油,烹大师搅拌均匀

4: 用果酱抹刀抹上鱼浆(如油豆腐有破洞的地方轻轻用鱼浆补上)

5: 放入锅内大火蒸约10钟即可

6: 将味噌用冷开水搅拌至溶化后开火煮滚加入辣椒酱与砂糖,勾芡煮滚即可熄火

7: 趁热淋上一大匙酱汁及完成淡水阿给
