【腐皮虾仁鸡卷】NaNa的独特配方

"豆腐皮 3张","虾仁 250g","绞肉 200g","荸荠 100g","洋葱丁 100g","葱花 20g","胡萝卜末 40g","蒜酥 1大匙","地瓜粉 2大匙","蛋 1颗","面粉 1大匙","水 1/2大匙","鲜鸡晶 2小匙","胡椒粉 1/2小匙","糖 2小匙","香油 2小匙","米酒 1大匙"
做法

1: 虾仁剁成丁状,荸荠拍碎

2: 所有食材加入调味料先抓匀,然后搅拌至有黏性(或以电动调理棒、打蛋器代劳)

3: 腐皮每张剪对半,三角尖向外,每卷取内馅约130g放腐皮上,捏成长型

4: 腐皮边缘刷上面粉水,将内馅卷成长条,并且洒地瓜粉沾匀备用

5: 炸油加温至约100度,小火将虾卷炸约5分钟捞起,将油加温再回炸30秒捞出沥油即成
