椒麻鸡魔芋面
材料
"鸡腿骨 2根","蒜 2瓣","葱 1根","辣椒 1根","香菜 1株","柠檬 1/2颗","魔芋面 1包","蛋 1颗","芥菜花 少许","薄盐酱油 3/10杯","椒麻油 1匙","味霖 1/10杯","柠檬汁 半颗","酱油 1/5杯","米酒 少许","糖 1匙","太白粉 少许"
做法

1: 鸡腿去骨洗净、蒜切末、葱切末、辣椒切末、香菜切末,柠檬与蒟蒻面洗净备用。

2: 将鸡腿、蛋及部分蒜末放入醃料(酱油1/5杯、米酒少许、糖1匙、太白粉少许),待入味备用。

3: 将蒟蒻面及芥菜花川烫熟成捞起备用。 蒜末、葱末、辣椒末、香菜末与调味料(薄盐酱油3/10杯、椒麻油1匙、味霖1/10杯、柠檬汁半颗)混合调成鸡肉酱料。

4: 另起锅将作法2的鸡肉煎熟放于面上,淋上作法4酱料即可。
