冰糖酱鸡腿
材料
"鸡腿 2支","姜 数片","葱 2支","八角 1粒","甘草 1片","草果 1颗","月桂叶 1片","桂枝 1小撮","酱油 3大匙","甜面酱 3大匙","冰糖 半碗","米酒 1大匙","水 3大匙"
做法

1: 准备好材料,葱切段,姜切片备用

2: 鸡腿川烫去血水后冲冷水备用

3: 起油锅爆香姜片葱段后,加入冰糖煮至融化(火要小,不然会烧焦)

4: 加入甜面酱略炒,再加酱油米酒后,这时糖会结成一块块,加水3大匙及中药材,煮到糖融化之后,放入鸡腿,盖上锅盖小火闷烧15分钟

5: 将鸡腿翻面再烧15分钟

6: 接着再翻面,开中火慢慢收酱汁,不时舀起酱汁淋在鸡腿上

7: 等到酱汁变成浓稠状就可以捞起鸡腿啦~~酱汁滤渣之后拿来淋白饭,咸甜交融、香气十足哦~~
