做法

1: 将香菇泡水切丝..香菇水留起来备用.虾米泡水沥干备用....肉丝用一点盐和地瓜粉抓一抓备用...蒜苗切珠备用.芹菜香菜切珠备用..就菜切珠备用

2: 依序.肉丝炒白加入蒜苗香菇虾米拌炒.加入胡椒粉.猪油葱酥拌炒.起香气...再加入韭菜珠炒香...放入香菇水和高汤....

4: 此时...将汤圆放入另一锅滚水煮熟捞起..放至炒好料的高汤中..再滚一下...

5: 洒上香菜芹菜珠至滚汤中..试试味道..不足再加盐...这样好吃的汤圆就完成囉
