义式蕃茄焗通心面
材料
"通心面 两碗","蕃茄 四颗","青花菜 一颗","洋葱 半颗","胡萝卜 少许","玉米粒 少许","起司片 五片","起司丝 少许","义式香料 少量","水 半碗","清鸡腿肉 大一只","奶油块 少许","蕃茄酱 两大匙","糖 一茶匙","鸡粉 一茶匙","太白粉 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","米酒 少许","盐 少许"
做法

1: 煮一锅水,蕃茄底部切十字刀,水开丢入煮至皮绽开就可捞起去皮,切丁块备用。青花去硬皮洗净备用,洋葱切小丁备用,

2: 煮一锅水,水滚后加入少许盐和沙拉油,再倒入通心面煮至熟透,捞起备用,

3: 鸡腿肉去皮切丁块状,以醃料醃渍五分钟后,利用步骤2的煮面水稍川烫后,沥干备用,

4: 取一平底锅,加入少许奶油块炒溶后,爆香洋葱.胡萝卜,再倒入蕃茄丁拌炒,

5: 再依序倒入鸡腿肉~通心面~青花菜拌炒,加调味料和水搅拌均匀,

6: 改关小火后,撒上玉米粒+起司丝+起司片+义式香料,盖上锅盖焖至起司都溶化即可~^^
