排骨烧魔芋【0厨艺料理】

"排骨 600g","魔芋 400g(约2盒)","胡萝卜 150g","葱 1支","姜 数片","蒜 3瓣","辣椒 半根","酱油 4大匙","味霖 3大匙","米酒 2大匙","水 2~3量米杯"

2: 水烧滚,蒟蒻先过水汆烫几秒钟捞出沥干

3: 再汆烫排骨至排骨颜色变白即可捞起沥干

4: 胡萝卜切约3公分滚刀块,葱切段姜切片蒜拍裂去皮不用切辣椒切数段
