无钖排骨
材料
"猪腩排(较有肉的) 3斤","葱 5支","姜 1块","蒜头 10瓣","八角 3粒","桂皮 1片","酱油 70cc","白糖 120g","镇江醋 80cc","米酒 200cc","绍兴酒 100cc","蕃茄酱 120g","鸡粉(亦可不加) 1匙","水(或高汤) 1500cc","太白粉水 适量","香油 适量","青花菜 2朵",
做法

1: 先把腩排用热油炸至金黄其它食材先准备好

2: 锅内放入适量油,爆香葱段、姜片、蒜头、八角、桂皮,爆炒香

3: 步骤二爆香后,从锅边加入酱油、蕃茄酱,炒一下抢香,随后加入水(或高汤)、炸好的腩排、米酒、绍兴酒、白糖、鸡粉(亦可不加)、镇江醋、盖上锅盖,小火慢煮

4: 小火慢煮约80-90分钟后打开,香气扑鼻而来

5: 用太白粉水勾欠,淋上香油

6: 煮一锅水,放入少许油,烫煮青花菜,排盘边,即成一道美味大菜
