蕃茄炒蛋

材料

蕃茄Tomato 1颗pc.,鸡蛋Eggs 2颗pcs.,青葱GreenOnion 1条pcs.,盐Salt 少许Some,糖Sugar 少许Some

做法

1、番茄切块, 青葱切碎, 蛋打散. Chop tomato and green onion. Beat eggs.

2、热锅加油, 放入番茄, 闷约几分钟至番茄稍软. Heat a pot, add oil then add tomato, close the lid and simmer for a few mins until tomato is slightly softened.

3、搅拌番茄后淋上蛋汁, 慢慢地搅拌, 不要搅拌得太频繁, 这样蛋才会有口感. Mix tomato then sprinkle eggs on top, mix slowly, don’t mix too much. This will make the egg have more texture

4、加一点水, 再加入糖和盐稍微煮开,拌入2汤匙的"勾芡". Add a bit of water, and then add sugar and salt. Bring to boil, mix in 2 tbsp. of "Starch Water".

5、加青葱搅拌均匀. Mix in green onion.
