做法

    1:Mix rice flour, tapioca starch, arrowroot starch (can use tapioca starch as a replacement), oil, and water together. Let sit 15 mins. Pour mixture into a oiled metal pan.

    2:Place metal pan directly into a large pot of boiling water in a wok so it floats. Cover wok and let cook 4-5 mins

    3: Once cooked, remove pan from wok using tongs. Place 河粉 into oiled cutting board.

    4: Repeat process a few times. Once cooled, cut into thick strips.

    6: Separate each of the layers into individual noodle strands. Marinate beef with a little soy sauce, corn starch, oil. Poach the bok choy in water briefly. Fry the beef.
