牛肉马铃薯

材料

牛绞肉GroundBeef 1磅lb,马铃薯Potato 1颗pc,植物油VegiOil 2大匙tbsp,酱油SoySauce 1小匙tsp.,黑胡椒BlackPepper 少许some,青葱GreenOnion 可无optional

做法

1、将两大匙油加入锅里, 热锅, 加入马铃薯煮至马铃薯几乎熟透, 稍稍搅拌. (约10分钟)Heat about 2 tbsp. of oil in a large skillet. Add potatoes and cook until slightly browned and mostly cooked through stirring occasionally. (10 mins)

2、加入牛绞肉煮熟, 一边把牛绞肉切碎, 将马铃薯和牛肉拌均 (约10分钟) Add ground beef to potatoes and brown, split it up into very small pieces and stir (10 minutes).

3、肉和马铃薯完全熟透后, 关火, 加入1小匙盐(或酱油), 黑胡椒, 搅拌均匀. 可加入更多盐或酱油自行调味. 搭配蔬菜和饭一起吃. Once everything is fully cooked, turn off the heat and add about 1 tsp of salt (or soy sauce), black pepper then mix well. Add more salt if desired.
