烤猪肩肉
材料
猪肩肉PorkShoulder 1~2磅(lb),橄榄油OliveOil 1大匙(tbsp),迷迭香Rosemary1大匙 (tbsp),蒜头Garlic 3颗(cloves),盐Salt1小匙 (tsp)
做法
1、将猪肩肉拿出来在室温放约30分钟到一小时.Take your pork roast out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour.
2、预热烤箱350°F / 177°C.Preheat oven to 350°F / 177°C.
3、烤箱在预热当中, 切蒜头后和其他香料混合. Meanwhile, mince garlic and mix with all the other seasonings.
4、把混和好的香料均匀的抹上猪肩肉.Rub the mix liberally all over the roast.
5、将猪肩肉放进烤盘中, 用锡箔纸盖起.Put the roast in a large roasting pan, and cover.
6、猪肩肉放进烤箱后烤约40分钟, 或直到猪肉内部温度到达150°F / 65°C.Roast for about 40 minutes or until internal temperature of the pork reaches around 150°F / 65°C.
