腊味五榖黄金炒饭

材料

"姜黄五榖 4碗","腊肠 1条","肝肠 1条","腊肠 1条","油 适量","青蒜 1条","酱油或盐 适量","洋葱 1颗","毛豆仁 1碗","红萝卜丁 1碗","玉米笋丁 1碗","绍兴酒 适量",

做法

  1. step1

    1:腊肠比较干硬先清洗放入电锅蒸一下使其变软,取出切圆片,大蒜切圈,洋葱.红萝卜.玉米笋切丁备用

  2. step2

    2:热锅倒入适量的油,下洋葱和红萝卜炒香,接着把饭加入大火拌炒,续加入所有食材拌炒到熟,加入适量酱油(或盐巴)做调味(注意腊肠本身有咸度)

  3. step3

    3:起锅前洒上青蒜拌炒,最后加些绍兴酒(米酒)增加香气即可熄火

  4. step4

    4:香喷喷的腊味五榖黄金炒饭成品上桌囉~
